Dr. Kallem
DVM
Dr. Kallem
Dr. Kallem graduated from the University of Missouri Veterinary School many years ago 😆. She practiced primary care, emergency care and exotic pet medicine in the Chicago area for about 12 years. She moved to Sewickley in 2005 with her husband Sean Hamill, who grew up near the village and is a QV graduate. She worked ER at a specialty veterinary hospital in Pittsburgh for almost 20 years, and worked at various local hospitals as a relief primary care veterinarian. Her current household includes 2 children, 1 horse, 1 dog, 2 cats, 2 lizards, and 1 bird; which is the least amount of pets she has had in years. Her hobbies include reading, martial arts, occasional trail rides, and dog walks with friends.

Tatyana
Tatyana graduated from Penn State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a minor in Equine Science. Her passion for animals began early in life, having spent much of her time surrounded by them. She has been riding horses—both English and Western—for over 15 years and brings hands-on experience with a wide range of animals, including cows, exotics, and dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, trail riding, or relaxing with her golden retriever, Equis. Being in nature and among animals is where she feels most at home.

Lisa’s affinity for animals began at a young age, when she and her twin sister, Elsa, spent a summer working on a horse ranch. Today Lisa shares her home with her husband, Robert, and four dogs (two Newfoundlands, a Great Pyrenees, and a French Bulldog). They have fostered multiple litters of feral kittens, a baby mouse, barn swallow, baby raccoon. If she’s not at home, you can find Lisa at the barn, spending time with her horse Star. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys relaxing with a good book, and a glass of wine or trying new restaurants.
